Our founder Izabella Bieniasz prides herself on precision cutting and artful color. In 1998 she began her career at Douglas J. Institute. Post graduation she received advanced training through Aveda in hair coloring techniques acting as an in-salon color educator for 5 years. Izabella’s drive to further her knowledge led her to achieving a Cutting Purefessional teaching position directly with Aveda. With two decades in the industry, she remains deeply committed to precision — from short classic cuts to modern layered movement. Her technical training, educator background, and eye for precision continue to shape the standard at Scissorbella Salon. This same foundation of care, technique, and thoughtful artistry continues to guide every stylist on our team.
