Cancellation Policy

We know your time is valuable, and ours is too. Out of respect for our staff and our other clients, we ask that you give us at least 48 hour notice if you need to cancel or move an appointment with no penalties.

  • The first time a client misses an appointment, we will make a note in your file.

  • All future missed appointments will incur a 50% rebooking fee.

  • Arriving 15 min late constitutes a no show for services booked (stylist discretion will dictate which services may still be performed).

  • If booked for a Tuesday/Wednesday appointment make sure to factor in our salon hours of operation are Tuesday through Saturday.

Our automated appointment reminder system sends out a courtesy text/email with a confirmation link provided 48 hours before your scheduled date. Another reminder is sent one hour before your arrival time. Make sure you are receiving our notifications as failure to receive does not negate adherance to our policy fees.

Note that late arrivals of 10 minutes or more constitute a no-show for your appointment time scheduled. Your stylist reserves the right to adapt or move you appointment accordingly. Cancellation policy fees are applicable.
