Cancellation Policy
We know your time is valuable, and ours is too. Out of respect for our staff and our other clients, we ask that you give us at least 48 hour notice if you need to cancel or move an appointment with no penalties.
The first time a client misses an appointment, we will make a note in your file.
All future missed appointments will incur a 50% rebooking fee.
Arriving over 10 min late constitutes a no-show for services booked (stylist discretion will dictate which services may still be performed).
If booked for a Tuesday or Wednesday appointment, a notification the previous Saturday is required since we are closed Sunday & Monday.
Our automated appointment reminder system sends out a courtesy text/email with a confirmation link provided 48 hours before your scheduled date. Another reminder is sent one hour before your arrival time. Make sure you are receiving our notifications as failure to receive does not negate adherance to our policy fees.
